Pascal Mazet's two hectare estate is located in a small village in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Situated in Terroir Premier Cru where it is conducive to the development of organic champagnes of excellence.
Their wine is born first in the attention paid to the vineyard. The vines are managed through organic farming to express the best of the terroir. Bottles are then transferred to the cellar where the wine is left to grow and develop to its fullest natural potential.
