For more than four generations the Gaidoz family has passed down the knowledge of Champagne making. Situated in the village of Ludes, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, on a vineyard of about ten hectares, they produce an average of 80,000 bottles per year.
The wine is given particular attention from the moment of harvesting. Whatever the stage of development - wine making, bottling, riddling or removing the yeast sediment - each wine's creation is driven by a passion for wine making and the joy it gives their family. Right up to the precious moment the bottles are deposited in the cellars and are hidden from the light in order to acquire maturity in the fullness of time.
