Champagne Minard et Filles
Minard Champagnes have been developed since 1922. Audrey Minard is the first female farm manager in Maison Minard. Their current brands pay tribute to their new generation: daughters, Léanne and Abigaël, and nieces Ondine and Eléonore. Hence the house’s name: Champagne Minard and girls.
Located between Reims and Epernay, on the Montagne de Reims, Champagne Minard et Filles uses the three major grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Vinification occurs in stainless steel vats and/or oak barrels. Moreover, they operate under two primary principles, respect for nature and concern for quality, and are in fact certified by the renowned HVE (High Environmental Value) label.
