Champagne Minard
et Filles
Growers Champagne is pleased to announce a new Grower!
Champagne Minard was first developed in 1992 by Patrick Minard, who owned and operated the house. Since then Audrey Minard along with her husband Richard, who had been working on the farm for 10 years, have taken over operations of the house. Their goal is to create a brand that pays tribute to the new generation: their daughters and nieces. Hence the business name Minard et Filles as well as the various cuvee titles.
Located between Reims and Epernay, on the Montagne de Reims, Champagne Minard et Filles uses the three major grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Vinification occurs in stainless steel vats and/or oak barrels. Moreover, they operate under two primary principles, respect for nature and concern for quality, and are in fact certified by the renowned HVE (High Environmental Value) label.
