Tasting Notes
This pale yellow wine has an aroma of crystallized citrus fruits with a subtle note of mandarin liqueur. Its taste is fresh with ripe oranges, which release the minerality that characterizes Pinot Noir. Complete with a velvety finish.

Best with shellfish, crab, lobster and rich fish.
