Tasting Notes:

This champagne obtained by maceration of Pinot Noir grapes and Meunier grapes, presents a beautiful ruby color. The effervescence is discreet and lets out a string of fine bubbles. The first nose is dominated by strawberry and blueberry. Then comes aromas of blackcurrant and cherry in the brandy, all enhanced by discreet notes of liquorice. The attack is powerful on aromas of strawberry jam and currant. Then come notes of grenadine, cranberry and raspberry. The finish is structured with discrete roasted aromas.

Suggestions:

A rosé with finesse, fond, elegant and vinous. Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a foie gras with figs orstill and strawberry charlotte.
